Job Description

This Technical Support Analyst II position requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in middleware maintenance and support, with a strong focus on IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE). The role demands proficiency in MQ, SOAP WebServices, REST APIs, and ESQL. The candidate must be willing to work 24x7. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential. Experience in the Telecom domain is a must, and experience in dealing with various message domains like XMLNSC, JSON, and SOAP is also required.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in middleware maintenance and support, focusing on IIB and ACE
  • Proficiency in MQ, SOAP WebServices, Rest APIs, ESQL.
  • Willingness to work 24x7.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skill.
  • Telecom Domain Experience is must.
