Job Summary

Supervise and inspect construction works in mining projects, ensuring compliance with plans, technical specifications, contracts, and established quality, safety, and deadline standards. Provide expert advice and reliable reports to support decision-making. This role involves verifying compliance, promoting safety, preparing technical reports, conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and coordinating project closure.

Must Have

  • Verify that works comply with plans, specifications, and current regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety and self-care, aligned with corporate values.
  • Prepare technical and project progress reports.
  • Perform technical audits and quality controls.
  • Review planning, safety, and contractor payment documentation.
  • Supervise on-site execution, controlling materials, equipment, and construction methods.
  • Coordinate punch list closure, work delivery, and "As Built" plan validation.
  • Report deviations in schedule, quality, or costs and propose corrective actions.
  • Participate in operational meetings and report daily progress.
  • Coordinate quality tests, trials, and equipment commissioning.
  • Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field.
  • Experience in large-scale mining or industrial projects.
  • Knowledge in quality control, safety and risk management.
  • Ability to interpret plans and technical specifications.
  • Communication, leadership and teamwork skills.

Job Description
