Assistant Restaurant Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, you will support the daily management of the restaurant, leading the team during busy periods, conducting crew training, and proactively enhancing guest experience. You will also assist with inventory and financial management. Guzman y Gomez is committed to reinventing fast-food with 100% clean ingredients and celebrating Mexican culture. The role requires experience in high-volume hospitality, exceptional customer service, strong communication, and a passion for team development.

Job Description

As you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.

Training will commence in another Restaurant prior to Dayton GYG opening.
