Are you passionate about industrial sectors? Join our AURA Interim & Recruitment team as a Recruitment Officer F/H in Amiens (60) and support major industrial names in their recruitments.

Your missions are:

  • Candidate sourcing: Identification and attraction of the best talents via various channels (job boards, social networks, etc.).
  • Implementation of the entire recruitment process: End-to-end management of the recruitment process, from advertising to the integration of candidates with our clients and throughout their journey; ensuring a fluid and positive candidate experience.
  • Consulting: Personalized support for clients and candidates throughout the process.
  • Administrative management: Mastery of HR tools and rigorous and efficient management of our temporary workers' files.

Qualifications

You have a Bac+3 degree and successful experience in recruitment in an interim agency.

You are passionate about industrial challenges and have a good understanding of technical professions.

You are recognized for your dynamism, your interpersonal skills, and your ability to work in a team.
