About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Director of HR to join our fast-growing team! If you have 5+ years of experience managing HR teams in high-growth environments, this is your opportunity to shape our global people strategy and drive hiring initiatives worldwide. As a key member of our operations department, you’ll lead a talented HR team and work directly with our VP of Operations to help us scale and succeed. This role is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work setup, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Hiring: Oversee and execute global hiring strategies for sites in Israel and the USA.
  • HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a consultant, coach, and facilitator, fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Utilize metrics and data to inform HR strategies and decision-making, ensuring HR initiatives are data-driven and effective.
  • Building HR Department: Lead and manage the global HR team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR team management experience: Proven ability to lead global HR teams and initiatives.
  • Experience with multiple sites, especially in Israel and the USA: Demonstrated capability to manage HR functions across various locations.
  • Background in hyper-growth companies: Successful experience in fast-paced environments, thriving under rapid change.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: High-energy, approachable, with strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills: Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies supported by metrics and data.
  • Proficiency with HR software: Experience with platforms like HiBob, Lattice, Comeet and Gusto.
  • Knowledge of US payroll, benefits, and health insurance: Familiarity with state, federal, and local laws as they pertain to HR.
