Job Summary
Tencent Cloud International is seeking an Associate Sales Representative (Sales Trainee) for the rapidly growing global cloud business in the Japan market. This role involves acquiring extensive knowledge and skills through a training program to drive and accelerate Go-To-Market strategies. The trainee will build trusted relationships with key partners, create new service opportunities, and significantly contribute to the growth and expansion of existing business opportunities.
Must Have
- Collaborate with the Japan market business team to formulate and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Work with the cloud technology team to ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer requirements.
- Participate in market research and analysis to understand Japanese market trends.
- Master and maintain customer relationship management systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- University (undergraduate) or graduate student.
- Native level Japanese, business level or native level Chinese, conversational English.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Basic IT and cloud computing knowledge.
- Ability to act proactively and cooperate effectively within a team.

Position Overview:
Tencent Cloud International is seeking an Associate Sales Representative (Sales Trainee) for the Japan market to be part of its rapidly growing global cloud business. This position will acquire extensive knowledge and skills through a training program to drive and accelerate Go-To-Market strategies in target markets and industries. You will also build trusted relationships with key partners, create new service opportunities, and make significant contributions to the growth and expansion of existing business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Japan market business team to formulate and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the cloud technology team to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in market research and analysis to better understand trends in the Japanese market.
- Master and maintain customer relationship management systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance reports.

Wages:
Annual salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses)
- Consideration will be given to experience and skills, and preferential treatment will be provided according to company regulations.
- For general employees, 35 hours of fixed overtime pay per month is included.
- For managerial positions, 10 hours of fixed overtime pay is included.
Working Hours and Holidays:
Working hours: 09:30 ~ 18:30, Break time: 60 minutes
Flex-time system available.
Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Paid leave: prorated in the first year based on joining month, up to 22 days based on years of service.
New Year's holidays (December 30 - January 3).
Paid sick leave: 12 days/year (granted separately from paid leave).
