Training Design and Delivery Manager:
The Head of Training is responsible for the leadership of a number of teams delivering technology enabled training and services to Defence, Government and Industry customers, focussed on High Reliability Organisations (HROs). The Head of Training is also responsible for contributing to the generation of new revenue sources, and for assurance and governance of Thales Training and Simulation’s training solutions. In addition, the Training Design and Delivery Manager has a secondary duty as the Head of Discipline - Training in Thales Australia’s Engineering Competence Centre. Reporting to the Head of ILS, the HoD – Training is responsible for overseeing the standards, governance, processes, and quality of training across Thales Australia and New Zealand.
Finally, as one of the key subject matter experts in the Training and Simulation Business Line, the Head of Training contributes to Thales’ global Training and Simulation strategy, providing thought leadership and guidance to senior and executive leadership.
