Job Summary
As a Training Program Manager, you will manage all phases of training for a cornerstone program within Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike Division (ADS), focusing on collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and autonomous weapons software. You will establish a vision for training execution, work independently to deliver training CDRLs, and contribute to a broader Integrated Product Support team. This role requires expertise in military and commercial training, training technologies, and experience with government autonomous systems, driving significant impact on the business's trajectory.
Must Have
- Manage all phases of training from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance.
- Implement and maintain training systems, standards, and data for accurate and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, program management, logistics, technical documentation) to establish training concepts.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Influence and coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, and financial terms of contracts.
- Problem solve and remove obstacles for your team and internal/external partners.
- Formal education in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in DoD / government logistics and training, ideally with autonomous systems.
- Demonstrated technical expertise and application of training management principles.
- Leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workstreams.
- Strong understanding of modern training technologies (interactive models, augmented reality, virtual reality).
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally at a deeply technical level in an unstructured environment.
- Experience working with Air Force or other military branch Integrated Product Support operations, ideally related to aircraft.
- Strong bias to action oriented around outcomes, with ability to drive initiatives from inception to implementation.
- Able to move extremely fast, and can lead people directly and via influence.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.

Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Training Program Manager, you will manage all phases of training for a cornerstone program within our Air Dominance and Strike Division (ADS). ADS is one of Anduril’s fastest growing, most technical complex divisions, and their remit is to develop and build collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The Training Program Manager is responsible for all developmental training tasks and will establish a vision for how to execute training on the program using standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. You must be able to work independently and will have responsibility to deliver training CDRLs while also working as part of a broader Integrated Product Support team. This roles requires a breadth of understanding of both military and commercial training, training technologies and approaches, experience working on government autonomous systems, and a deep appreciation for details.
As the Training Program Manager, you will also create plans to resource and execute world-class technical training instruction. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Anduril’s approach to product training while driving results for your specific business line and products. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage all phases of training from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance to ensure quality, business, and financial objectives are attained.
- Implement and maintain training systems, standards, and data to ensure accurate and efficient operations across all of logistics management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, program management, logistics, and technical documentation to establish concepts, criteria, and efforts for product training, adoption, and execution.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management as needed.
- Influence and coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms / conditions of contract(s).
- Problem solve and remove obstacles for your team and internal and external partners. Use critical thinking to engage the right teams to help.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Formal education in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in DoD / government logistics and training experience, ideally with autonomous systems.
- Demonstrated technical expertise and application of training management principles, concepts, and practice.
- Leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workstreams to meet established deadlines and milestones.
- Strong understanding of modern training technologies such as interactive models, augmented reality, and virtual reality, and how these are tied back into traditional learning frameworks.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally, including at a deeply technical level, in an unstructured environment; track record of success within startups preferred
- Experience working with, in, and around Air Force or other military branch Integrated Product Support operations, ideally also related to aircraft.
- Strong bias to action oriented around outcomes, with ability to drive initiatives from inception to implementation. Willing and able to dive into tactical execution mode when needed to move the effort forward.
- Able to move extremely fast, and can lead people directly and via influence.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
US Salary Range
$112,000 - $149,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
