Job Description

As a Lead at Apple Retail, you support the Store Leadership team by facilitating meaningful experiences for customers and team members. You energize and inform teams, ensuring they have the necessary support and tools for exceptional interactions. This role involves driving customer engagement and sales through Apple product expertise, organizing workflow, and ensuring effective communication of sales strategy.   • Attend to time-sensitive team member feedback, questions, and concerns, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Address operational needs of the store, such as opening and closing procedures, cash management, and overrides.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and having curiosity to learn.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
  • Be available to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Have experience mentoring or leading others personally or professionally.

Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
