The role involves framing, driving, and promoting the company's marketing and communications initiatives. Responsibilities include editing promotional videos and brand films to match cinema ad quality, collaborating with creative and accounts teams to understand brand objectives, crafting visual narratives using various assets and animation, leveraging generative AI tools, implementing feedback efficiently, managing multiple projects with deadlines, and maintaining organized project files. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and video editor.
Must Have:
- 2-4 years of experience as Graphic Designer and video editor
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Strong storytelling skills
- Solid aesthetic skills and creativity in design
- Effective time management and speed of execution
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- Collaborative spirit

What you will be responsible for
- Edit promotional videos and brand films for small and medium businesses to match the look and feel of high-impact cinema ads.
- Work closely with the creative and accounts team to understand brand objectives and translate them into engaging video content.
- Craft visual narratives using a mix of brand assets, stock footage, typography, and animation.
- Leverage generative AI tools where relevant to streamline workflows, enhance visual elements, or accelerate concept development.
- Implement feedback quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and creative integrity.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain organized project files and backup systems.
- 2-4 years of experience; as a Graphic Designer and video editor
- Proficiency in full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Strong storytelling skills, with an eye for pacing, transitions, and music sync.
- Solid aesthetic skills, layout sense and proven sense of creativity in design
- Effective time management skills and speed of execution to meet deadlines
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- Possess a highly collaborative spirit
