Salary: $55,000 – $75,000/year\* + profit sharing + benefits

\* Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Video Producer, you’ll own the full production process, from concept to final delivery. This role shapes the creative vision, develops ideas, writes scripts, builds pitch decks, leads production crews, manages timelines, directs on set and leads postproduction processes and manages stakeholder expectations. Projects could include testimonial stories, live events, marketing content, and curriculum pieces.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3-5 years of experience producing video (agency experience preferred)
• You’re skilled at storytelling and building narratives that drive impact
• You’re organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• You’re confident managing production workflows
• You communicate clearly and build strong, collaborative relationships
• You have the ability to travel 6-8 times a year
• You’re passionate about the mission of Ramsey Solutions
