ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a Virtualization Engineer for its IT Infrastructure team in Luxembourg. This role involves managing and maintaining enterprise-grade virtualization environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across VMware and Nutanix platforms. Key responsibilities include administering vSphere 8 and vSAN 8, supporting Nutanix (ESXi & AHV), monitoring performance with VMware Aria Operations, automating tasks, and managing VEEAM backups. Candidates should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with these technologies and a solid understanding of ITIL processes.

Good To Have:

Relevant certifications such as VCP-DCV, Nutanix NCP/MCP are a plus.

Must Have:

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware vSphere 8 and vSAN 8 environments.
Operate and support Nutanix hyperconverged platforms (ESXi & AHV).
Monitor and optimize system performance using VMware Aria Operations.
Automate recurring tasks and workflows via VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator.
Manage VEEAM backup and recovery operations for virtual environments.
Handle ITIL-based ticket workflows including incidents, events, problems, changes, and service requests.
Perform upgrades, patching, and capacity planning for virtual infrastructure.
Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure operational excellence.
3–5 years of hands-on experience with VMware and Nutanix virtualization platforms.
Strong knowledge of vSphere 8, vSAN 8, and VMware Aria Operations.
Proven experience working with Nutanix (ESXi & AHV environments).
Familiarity with VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator for automation and workflow design.
Practical experience with VEEAM backup & restore in enterprise environments.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
On-call availability: mandatory rotation covering 7 consecutive days, including weekends.
