Job Summary
Job Description
Senior Salesforce Consultant proficient in German, responsible for solution design, business analysis, implementation, data management, platform optimization, and user training. Key duties include gathering business requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds, configuring Salesforce using declarative tools, implementing automation, handling data migration, troubleshooting issues, conducting user training, and leading Salesforce implementation projects. Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills are essential. The role involves working closely with business and IT teams, providing strategic consulting, and supporting sales efforts.
Must have:
- Strong Salesforce configuration & administration expertise
- Declarative development experience
- Salesforce integrations knowledge (APIs, Mulesoft)
- Data management & migration proficiency
- DevOps & deployment experience (SFDX, Git)
- German language fluency
Good to have:
- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Advanced Admin, Consultant, Architect)
- Platform Developer I/II certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies

Requirements and responsibilities
What you’ll do
1. Solution Design & Business Analysis
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions across different clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Develop functional and technical specifications
2. Implementation & Customization
- Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Object Model)
- Implement automation and process optimization within Salesforce
3. Data Management
- Handle data migration, transformation, and deduplication using tools like Data Loader, Dataloader.io, or ETL solutions
- Optimize data models and security settings
- Platform Administration & Optimization
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support
- Optimize existing Salesforce implementations for efficiency and scalability
5. Training & User Adoption
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams
- Provide ongoing support and best practice recommendations to ensure successful Salesforce adoption
- Develop documentation and knowledge-sharing materials
6. Project Management & Consulting
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects, working closely with business and IT teams
- Provide strategic consulting to improve business processes using Salesforce
- Support sales efforts by creating proposals and demonstrating Salesforce solutions to potential clients
What you’ll bring
Key Qualifications:
- German language
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and administration
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative development
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP API, Mulesoft, External Services)
- Proficiency in data management and migration tools (Data Loader, Dataloader.io, ETL solutions)
- Experience with DevOps and deployment (SFDX, Git, CI/CD, Copado, or Gearset)
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (preferred)
• Platform Developer I/II (a plus)
Soft Skills:
• Consulting & Analytical Thinking – ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Project Management – experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills – ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Team Leadership & Collaboration – mentoring and guiding junior consultants and developers
