The Associate Systems Support Specialist shall handle day-to-day system operation support and provide end-to-end user support for the Facility Services systems (such as Maximo Handhelds, Business Objects, Attraction Lightboard etc.) for users across different departments. In addition, the position shall support the departmental IoT and smart solutions in Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. In general, the position shall resolve the end user problems or raise an IT incident ticket to US Technology team for the follow-up.
