Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Designer located in Noida Headquarters at E-Factor Experiences Limited. The 3D Designer will be responsible for creative direction, branding, graphics, art direction, and creative strategy. They will lead the visual aspects of events, ensuring a cohesive and impactful artistic vision.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Strong Visualisation, Creative Direction and 3D Design skills.

- Expertise in 3D Design - Develop detailed masterplans and event floor plans that meet client specifications and project requirements.

- Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts and event layouts.

- Produce immersive 3D walkthroughs to showcase event designs from multiple perspectives.

- Apply architectural principles to design functional and aesthetically pleasing event spaces and structures.

- Ensure that all designs adhere to safety regulations, accessibility standards, and structural integrity requirements.

- Experience with Event Venue Branding and Event and Exhibition Designs.

- Collaborate with event planners, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure cohesive and timely project execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D Designs.

- Proven experience in Event & Exhibition Design within the events management industry with be preferred.

- Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Revit).

- Utilize rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape) to create realistic and compelling visualizations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
