About the Work
Team Introduction
We primarily provide an environment where business users can smoothly utilize various systems related to accounting operations and contribute to internal and external stakeholders. Our mission and vision are as follows:
- Provide a business foundation based on financial challenges and risks.

- Promote new service releases and provide accounting data to maximize revenue.
- Provide rules and systems for risk data management, monitoring, and maintenance.
The team currently consists of 5 elite members whose duties include improving the operation of accounting systems and other systems related to accounting, consolidating ideas, and building operations.
Background of Recruitment
This is an increase in headcount due to the rapid growth of the company, leading to increased workload and the need for operational efficiency/systemization. Current members are working to optimize financial accounting data with internal controls by coordinating with accounting staff, various internal accounting-related departments, and development departments. However, promoting efficiency and systemization as a coordinator with various internal departments is an urgent task. This position allows you to proactively identify areas for improvement and demonstrate your ability to plan and promote solutions, providing an environment where you can grow rapidly with the company.
Specific Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overall tasks from recognizing current system issues to proposing measures, systemization, and rule development. For example:
- Requirements definition, project progress, and project management for overall systemization.
- Organizing business issues (creating all flows and manuals).
- Promoting other assigned projects.
- Planning business improvements.
- Building new operations.
- Managing access rights and establishing rules for using internal data for accounting.
This position is an internal planning and SIer role.

Required Experience/Skills
- Practical experience in accounting.
- Experience in any of the following:
- Experience in system planning or business planning.
- Experience in accounting planning at a business company.
- Experience in PM/PMO work such as accounting or accounting department support at a consulting firm.
- Experience in internal control development at a consulting firm or business company.
- Some experience with accounting/finance systems (requirements definition experience preferred).
Desirable Experience/Skills
- Extensive experience in business improvement.
- Project management experience.
- Accounting knowledge equivalent to N2 bookkeeping or higher, and system engineer experience.

- Super Flex System (no core time)
