Job Description

As an Electronics Administrator, you will be the primary contact for customers and colleagues, resolving issues from simple queries to complex challenges. You will be a vital team member, utilizing problem-solving skills and continuously learning about new tools and technologies, including AI, to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Provide customer support via phone and email
  • Answer technical questions using a knowledge database
  • Escalate complex issues to technicians
  • Process returns
  • Contribute to helpdesk software development
  • Be customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new software
  • Comfortable in a technical environment

As an administrator in our electronics department, you are the first point of contact for our customers and colleagues. You solve problems, from simple questions to complex challenges, and are an indispensable link in our team. You delve into the subject matter, use your problem-solving skills, and constantly learn about the latest tools and technologies, including AI, to provide our customers with the best service.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support customers by phone and email.
  • Answer technical questions using our knowledge database.
  • Forward complex problems to the appropriate technicians.
  • Process returns.
  • Contribute to the further development of our helpdesk software.

Your profile

  • You are customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Additional languages such as French or German are a plus.
  • You are proficient with MS Office and quickly pick up new software.
  • A technical environment does not deter you.
