Job Summary

Job Description

The Analista de Medios will be responsible for controlling and coordinating advertising campaigns for various clients. Responsibilities include issuing media orders (OMs) in coordination with account teams, managing and closing accounts with media outlets for both ATL and digital campaigns, and submitting monthly account statements. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external media partners to ensure accurate campaign execution and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with experience in media planning and buying, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Must have:

Control and coordination of client advertising campaigns
Issue media orders (OMs)
Manage and close accounts with media outlets
Experience with ATL and digital campaigns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Communication and Public Relations Degree

Conocimiento en Microsoft Office
Experiencia mínima de 6 meses

FUNCIONES:

Emisión de las OMs en coordinación con los equipos de atención a las cuentas e internamente, ATL y digital
Control y cierre de los estados de cuentas con los medios trabajados para las diferentes campañas ordenadas
Envío del estado de cuenta a los equipos para los cierres mensuales
