We are seeking a skilled producer to join our team and strengthen our asset production capabilities as we progress on our road to the future of the Arma series. As an Asset Producer, you will collaborate with a Lead Producer, a team of producers, and development teams to drive asset production across our offices.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the production of art assets, from design analysis to final testing and release; coordinate with the asset department and maintain daily contact with art leads to ensure smooth, timely workflows
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment between departments, internal art teams, and outsourcing partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project milestones
- Organize and maintain clear asset planning, project roadmaps, and Gantt charts, ensuring alignment with the project’s overall vision; communicate these plans effectively to development teams and stakeholders
- Enhance and propose new pipelines and workflows to improve asset production; proactively identify and resolve production obstacles and mitigate risks to achieve project goals
- Prepare and manage development documentation, purchase orders, and regular reports on asset status and progress for project management and feature owners
- Oversee outsourcing relationships, including budgets and contracts with external vendors; organize field trips as needed
- Educate and assist team members in project management and onboarding; optimize meetings to maximize productivity and resource usage
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production roles (software development or game development)
- Have an understanding of the general asset production pipeline, with the ability to quickly grasp the specifics of our particular art asset pipeline
- Experience in negotiating with outsourced studios, managing their assignments, preparing order proposals, and reviewing invoices
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Willingness to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues to simplify their work processes
- Methodical and analytical approach to tasks
- Good knowledge of project management techniques (Agile, Scrum, LEAN) and tools (e.g. Atlassian - Confluence, JIRA)
- Proficiency in estimating art asset production timeframes
- Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
