Job Description

The Associate Engineer will be responsible for handling project activities, establishing project timelines, coordinating activities with cross-functional teams, and escalating project constraints. They will conduct regular project reviews, report updates to management, and update project activities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various teams, interacting with other units for lessons learned, interacting with customers to capture requirements, and driving improvements in design, lead time, customer service, and cost reduction actions. The candidate should have 7+ years of experience.

Job Details

Position: Associate Engineer- Projects Management

Job Responsibilities: 

This position is responsible to handle the project activities.

Establish project timelines in compliance with customer specific requirements Establish CFT and coordinate activities, Escalation of project constraints

Regular project reviews at defined frequencies

Reporting of project updates to management and region

DPLM updates of project activities, Responsible for coordination of all activities related to new program.

Coordinate with the CFT including  Egg , Quality , customer service and manufacturing. Interact with other Delphi units for Lessons learned.

Customer Interaction to capture customer specific requirements. Responsible for improvements in Design, Lead time improvement , customer service activities, and cost reduction actions.

Experience: 7+ years experience

Qualification: Tool & Die Engineering
