CSG is seeking a Billing Analyst I to join their IT team. This role involves delivering billing operations in accordance with schedules, tracking work requests, reporting daily activities, and delivering invoices and billing reports. The analyst will resolve complex inquiries through analysis and make necessary adjustments based on procedures and customer contracts, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of Billing/Finance system(s) is desirable.
  • Experience with service desk ticketing systems is desirable.
  • Low level IT skills would be desirable.
  • Knowledge of computer operations production environments a plus.
Must Have:
  • Adhere to processes including change management, pricing adjustment, monthly invoice sign-off.
  • Meet the deliverables of the contracts assigned on time and accurate.
  • Resolve enquiries through analysis and make necessary adjustments per procedures/contracts.
  • Be able to work part of a team or as an individual.
  • Accept responsibility for your actions and deliverables.
  • Provide ad-hoc customer training and user support as required.
  • Provide regular feedback to manager and customer on outstanding issues.
  • 1-2 years of experience in billing operations or a relevant role.
  • Ability to follow set process/guidelines, work instructions on a given task.
  • Demonstrated experience in escalating deviations to management.
  • MS Office skills (Excel and Word) knowledge.
  • Strong Windows PC knowledge.

Good analytical skills are required to resolve complex enquiries through analysis and making the necessary adjustments in accordance with the prescribed procedures and/or customer contracts.

  • Documentation and well developed communication skills.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong Windows PC knowledge.
  • Low level IT skills would be desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadline.
  • Competent level of ability in Microsoft Word , MS Excel.
  • Ability to resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of computer operations production environments a plus.
