ATU, a leading workshop chain in Germany with over 500 branches and approximately 9,000 employees, is seeking a Branch Manager (m/f/d). The role involves taking organizational responsibility for the branch, motivating and developing the team, and translating key figures into actionable strategies. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with the possibility of part-time, offering an indefinite permanent contract. - Gehalt: ab 23,00 €/Std.
- Vollzeitstelle 40 Std., Teilzeit möglich

Deine Aufgabe
- übernimm die organisatorische Verantwortung für deine Filiale und sei der ideale Motivator
- hole das Beste aus deinem Team heraus, entwickle es weiter und stehe ihm mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
- verwandle als Unternehmer vor Ort Kennzahlen in konkrete Handlungsstrategien
Qualifikationen
- vertriebs- und handelserprobt durch deine Tätigkeit als Filial-/Schichtleiter oder Stellvertreter
- branchenaffin aus dem Kfz-Bereich, dem Baumarkt- oder Elektrotechniksegment
- bereit für den nächsten Karriereschritt aus der Traineephase oder 2ten Reihe in die leitende Funktion
- als Geselle, Serviceberater oder Meister motiviert die Seiten zu wechseln
