Job Details

Your mission

You are largely responsible for developing and strengthening our ININ label brand and supporting to grow our community and customer base for our game portfolio
You are responsible for the creation and implementation of PR concepts worldwide together with our PR agency
You establish partnerships with gaming creators & influencers on social media and other channels
You develop campaigns to promote the brand and games: defining key messages, communication channels, and suitable advertising media to reach target audiences
You orchestrater the brand's presence on social media, collaborates with influencers, and manages the player community (together with the social media manager)
You monitor and analyze sales and brand performance as well as the community growth
You will coordinate your measures with all relevant stakeholders, both externally and internally, and obtain the necessary approvals independently

Your profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, product or project management, preferably in the video game industry
Strong interest in video games, especially retro games, preferably with a Japanese focus
Excellent English language skills, knowledge of German, Japanese or other languages is an advantage
