Must have:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the chemical sector.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales and business development plans.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate with technical and R&D teams for client solutions.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and report to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Engineering degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years in business development or sales in the chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical products, applications, and industrial customer base.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Systematically identify and meticulously develop new business opportunities in the chemical sector, encompassing B2B, distributors, and industrial clients.
  • Execute comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer requirements with utmost precision.
  • Establish and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Formulate and implement robust strategic sales and business development plans to achieve and surpass growth targets.
  • Conduct high-stakes negotiations on commercial terms, pricing structures, and contractual agreements with customers.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with technical and R&D teams to develop bespoke solutions that address complex client needs.
  • Rigorously manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasts and delivering comprehensive reports to senior management.
  • Serve as the company's authoritative representative at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences, projecting a professional and knowledgeable image.
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with industry regulations, stringent safety standards, and company policies in all business development activities.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Engineering degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales in the chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical products, applications, and industrial customer base.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
