Job Description

The Cloud and Infrastructure Development Manager will lead IT software development teams for air operations command and control systems and air defense radar systems. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality, cost, and deadlines, rigorous project planning, resource and financial management, communication, reporting, and anomaly resolution. The role requires at least 6 years of experience in IT software development management and mastery of complex IT systems.
Must Have:
  • Lead software development teams to meet quality, cost, and deadlines.
  • Master project progress through rigorous planning of activities and dependencies.
  • Manage workload (resource/skill identification) and financial aspects.
  • Ensure communication and reporting to project managers and the competence center.
  • Lead and animate the monitoring and resolution of anomaly reports.
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT Software development activity management.
  • Mastery of structuring an IT software development and integration plan.
  • Mastery of planning and organizing work techniques.
  • Good technical culture, mastering complex IT systems (Cloud, virtualization, orchestrator, container, OS, COTS, hosting, software).
  • Mastery of multidisciplinary activity management.
  • Experience and ability to lead and unite a multidisciplinary team, including in a Lean/Agile context.
  • Ability to build relationships with program director and other project stakeholders.
  • Mastery of subcontractor management and complex negotiations.

Your daily life

The Ground and Air Systems activity based at the Massy site is a leader in air operations command and control systems and air defense radar systems.

As an IT Software Development Manager, your main missions will be:

  • Lead development teams to satisfy all stakeholders (maintaining the quality of deliverables, costs, and deadlines).
  • Master project progress through rigorous planning of activities, their dependencies, and associated workloads.
  • Manage the lot's workload (identification of resource/skill needs) and financial aspects.
  • Ensure communication and reporting to project managers and the competence center.
  • Lead and animate the monitoring and resolution of anomaly reports.

Your profile

Graduated from higher education (Bac+5 level), do you have at least 6 years of experience in managing and monitoring IT Software development activities?

As such, do you master the structuring of an IT software development and integration plan as well as planning and work organization techniques?

Technical skills:
