Job Description

Plug Power Inc. is seeking highly motivated Interns for corporate support assignments across various locations. Interns will assist departments like HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing, Supply Chain, Investor Relations, and EHS. They will gain exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment, developing an understanding of Plug Power’s products and business operations. Roles focus on project completion, process improvement, documentation, and presentation of results.
Good To Have:
  • Prior Internship experience preferred
Must Have:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Law, Marketing or other related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess solid hands on approach to problem-solving
  • Computer and software systems skills as applicable to position including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional analysis and presentation skills
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-through
  • Must be driven and self-motivated
  • Must possess the highest ethical standards and a commitment to work quality
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of all Plug Power products
  • Work with senior level management to interpret and analyze data
  • Assist in developing processes with guidance from senior level business managers
  • Ability to independently work on projects and monitor progress
  • Ability to critically analyze data
  • Represent Plug Power in a professional manner at all times and in all interactions
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Position Summary

Plug Power Inc. is actively seeking highly motivated Interns to engage in internship assignments across various Plug Power locations. These interns will be responsible for assisting our corporates support departments in a wide variety of initiatives and projects. Interns will gain exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment which includes developing a detailed understanding of Plug Power’s products and how it relates to our business operations. All roles will focus on the successful completion of a project or process improvement, and documentation and presentation of results at the end of the internship.
