Creative Project Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
The Global Creative Division supports the success and fandom building of games by creating Game Branded Creative content for the global market based on Krafton's IP. They lead the implementation of Global Entertainment Creative through creative ideas and strategic creative capabilities for 'unforgettable experiences.' They continuously strive to contribute to the brand by combining R&D on New Tech (A.I, Unreal, etc.) and Creative capabilities, and offering various attempts to provide unforgettable experiences to fans. The Project Management Team, within the Global Creative Division, operates and manages the entire process of projects and associated processes carried out under the headquarters' strategy based on the company's vision. They conduct successful projects through clear and flexible communication with Krafton HQ and various global departments, as well as external agencies. They establish creative project budgets and manage them efficiently.
Must have:
- Experience in managing creative production projects, scheduling.
- Experience in establishing and tracking the budget for assigned IP.
- Management experience in contract and payment processes.
- Quick and clear communication skills with various teams, offering solutions.
- Experience in communicating and collaborating with domestic and international production-related parties.
- Experience collaborating with Creative Agile and Creative Production organizations.
- No impediments to overseas travel.
Good to have:
- High interest and understanding of the gaming and IT industry.
- Experience in roles like Creative Producer/Production Coordinator/Creative PM/Advertising AE.
- Experience in building design and video production pipelines.
- Experience in planning various services for project management.
- Experience in measuring efficiency/effectiveness and managing related data.
- Experience using project management tools like JIRA/Confluence/Wrike.
- English communication skills at a business level or higher.

Global Creative Division에 속한 Project Management Team에서는 회사의 비전을 바탕으로 본부의 전략 아래 실행되는 프로젝트와 그에 수반되는 과정 전반을 운영&관리 합니다.
크래프톤 HQ와 다양한 글로벌 부서는 물론, 외부 에이전시와의 명확하고 유연한 커뮤니케이션을 통해 성공적인 프로젝트를 진행합니다.
통합적 사고를 바탕으로 제작 인력 리소스 관리와 함께 크리에이티브 프로젝트 예산안을 수립하고, 정확한 예산 운영 관리, 계약 지급 및 관리를 통해 효율적인 프로젝트 운영을 수행합니다

- 크리에이티브 제작 프로젝트 관리, 스케줄 조율 경험
- 담당 IP 예산 수립 및 트래킹 경험
- 계약 및 지급 프로세스 진행 관리
- 다양한 팀과의 신속 명확한 커뮤니케이션 스킬과 빠른 솔루션 제시
- 국내외 제작 관련 다양한 내외부와 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 경험과 적극적인 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 복잡도 있는 Creative Agile 조직 및 Creative Production 조직과 협업 경험
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
