Responsibilities include executing retention strategies, segmenting players, running personalized campaigns, monitoring activity, analyzing behavior, tracking KPIs, generating reports, and handling player feedback to ensure personalized rewards.
Good To Have:
  • Previous experience in the iGaming or sports betting industry
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and player segmentation tools
  • Familiarity with retention KPIs such as LTV, churn rate, and engagement metrics
Must Have:
