Job Description

As a Customer Support Advisor at TVH, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Your role involves managing a defined customer portfolio, handling administration, and providing support for the TVH eCommerce platform. You will also contribute customer insights to sales for account planning, aiming to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Good To Have:
  • First experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
Must Have:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests and complaints.
  • Register and maintain customer data and documentation in relevant systems.
  • Act as the main point of contact for a defined portfolio of customers.
  • Share customer insights and opportunities with sales colleagues.
  • Guide and advise customers in using the TVH eCommerce platform.
  • Required languages: Greek or Hebrew, and English.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Eager to learn and develop product and process knowledge.
  • Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.

Your role & responsibilities

  • Customer requests & follow-up

Handle incoming customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), including straightforward complaints or requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

  • Customer administration

Register and maintain customer data, documentation (e.g., import/export paperwork), and requests in the relevant systems, following defined procedures.

  • Account ownership

Take care of a defined portfolio of customers, acting as their main point of contact for all questions and requests, and ensuring consistent support and follow-up.

  • Input for account planning

Share customer insights and opportunities with sales colleagues, contributing to tailored account plans and growth initiatives.

  • eCommerce support

Guide and advise customers in using the TVH eCommerce platform effectively and independently.

Profile – Who are you?

  • First experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Languages:
  • Greek or Hebrew – required
  • English – required
  • French and/or Dutch – strong plus
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Eager to learn and develop product and process knowledge.
