Following up on customer requests to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction is a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer service, experience with CRM tools, and excellent oral communication skills in Kannada and Tamil. Experience in the skill-based gaming industry is a plus. Good written communication skills (English or Hindi) are also required. The position is permanent and located in Sector 9, Panchkula, Haryana, India.
