Job Description

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team; design and implement end-to-end analytical solutions that drive business decisions across all departments; act as a strategic partner to stakeholders and executive leadership; present analytics insights and recommendations to senior management; build and scale data processes, analytical frameworks, and reporting systems that enable data-informed decision making. The role requires at least 4 years of analytical expertise and 1 year of team leadership, with advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools.

  • Experience building and scaling analytical processes and team capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including work with top management
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset
  • Solid understanding of data infrastructure, ETL, and business metrics
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate English level
