Are you a born people manager with a strong commercial drive? For our Electronics department, we are looking for a Sales Manager who wants to make a difference. In this role, you organize and guide your own commercial team and determine the sales plan for your market area and product segment. You ensure the execution of this plan with the aim of realizing the set sales objectives. You are responsible for all commercial activities within your market area and product portfolio, translating the commercial strategy into a concrete sales plan and ensuring optimal execution. You build a strong network, represent TVH at fairs and events, and spot new commercial opportunities. You maintain close contact with customers, inform them about product launches, and respond to their needs, acting as the first point of contact for questions and complaints.

  • First point of contact for questions and complaints, ensuring appropriate solutions
  • Lead a team of <10 internal and external sales employees
  • Set objectives, monitor results, and coach team members
  • Monitor budgets and variations, provide input for reports and analyses
  • Master's degree or equivalent by experience
  • Several years of experience in sales and people management, preferably in an international context
  • Combine a result-oriented approach with strong relational skills
  • Analytical mindset, able to plan and prioritize, and inspire your team
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • You maintain close contact with customers, inform them about product launches, and respond to their needs. You are the first point of contact for questions and complaints and always ensure an appropriate solution.
  • You lead a team of <10 internal and external sales employees. You set objectives, monitor results, and coach your team members in their further development.
  • You monitor budgets and variations and provide input for reports and analyses.

Your profile

  • You have a master's degree or equivalent by experience.
  • You can rely on several years of experience in sales and people management, preferably in an international context.
  • You combine a result-oriented approach with strong relational skills.
  • You are analytically inclined, can plan and prioritize, and know how to inspire your team.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus point.
