Job Description
The Employment Coordinator will coordinate employment readiness and job placement services for clients in the Refugee Support Services (RSS) and Match Grant (MG) programs. This involves preparing clients for employment, assisting them in finding suitable job opportunities, and supporting their successful integration into the workforce. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and a dedication to helping vulnerable individuals achieve self-sufficiency. The position is dependent on funding and may be modified or terminated based on resource availability.
Must have:
- Coordinate employment readiness services.
- Assist clients with job placement.
- Work with clients in the Refugee Support Services (RSS) program.
- Work with clients in the Match Grant (MG) programs.

This position is reliant upon funding and may be subject to modification or termination based on resource availability.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position has the primary responsibility for coordinating employment readiness and job placement services to clients who are enrolled in the Refugee Support Services (RSS) and Match Grant (MG) programs.
This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until July 30th, 2025, and contingent upon funding extension.
