The Employee Experience Team is seeking a specialist to manage office operations, ensure a comfortable environment, and organize various events for colleagues. This role involves handling office logistics, meeting guests, managing expenses, coordinating with courier services, assisting with team-building, creating merchandise, and organizing corporate events, contributing to a positive and motivating atmosphere.
Must Have:
  • Ensuring the vitality of the office (assisting the Office Manager with ordering food for employees, controlling the availability of everything necessary for work in the office, controlling cleanliness and order)
  • Meeting company guests
  • Managing office expenses (controlling purchases, maintaining tables)
  • Working with courier services
  • Executing assignments from managers
  • Solving organizational issues (finding contractors/suppliers)
  • Assisting teams in organizing and conducting team-building events
  • Assisting in creating merchandise and organizing corporate events, training, and wellness activities for the team
  • Organizing minor repair works
  • Readiness to be in touch (messengers, phone) on weekends and holidays in critical situations
  • Previous experience in administrative tasks or event organization
  • Confident proficiency in Notion and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
  • High level of responsibility and ability to complete tasks on time
  • Developed organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a high-paced environment
  • Reliability and determination
  • Growth orientation within the Employee Experience Team
  • English Intermediate and above

Your future tasks:
