Events Coordinator

Lead internal events team, agencies and partner suppliers, guide, strategically plan with internal and external clients, negotiate and execute the company's event demands, through new solutions, efficient delivery and aligned with business needs and priorities. Execute financial control of events to ensure alignment between planned and actual.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that all events are in accordance with Global and Local Event SOP/IP and meet HALEON requirements, including approval and storage systems;
• Manage interns and analysts who are performing functions under their responsibility, contributing to their development and performance;
• Manage event P&L planning and monitoring and annual phasing for brands and internal clients, in line with business priorities and needs;
• Plan, develop and lead end-to-end execution of external (healthcare professionals/B2B clients) and internal (employees) events, online and/or offline, in line with Commercial and Marketing strategies;
• Capture and develop new event opportunities with the aim of accelerating company results, aligned with business strategy.
• Interface with agencies for support in large events;

Why YOU?

Your qualifications:

• Complete Graduation in Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields;
• Experience in leading large-scale Convention Events;
• Intermediate/Advanced English (Able to communicate).
• Strategic leadership and ability to engage multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
