Job Description

Granicus is seeking an Experience Partner to join their team. This role involves building, implementing, and maintaining technology that transforms the Govtech industry by connecting governments and their constituents. The company is dedicated to supporting customers by meeting community needs and implementing technology equitably and inclusively. They serve over 5,500 government agencies and 300 million citizen subscribers, offering cloud-based solutions for communications, website design, meeting management, and digital services. The Experience Partner will be responsible for developing and articulating comprehensive experience proposals, leveraging expertise in customer-facing environments, human-centered design, data analysis, digital content creation, technology strategy, program management, business development, and customer relationship management. They will engage in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, maintaining executive relationships and acting as the primary contact for owned programs to ensure client success.

Our Experience Partners have strong experience in customer-facing environments. They are CX practitioners and delivery experts across the portfolio of Granicus services, technology, and data solutions, responsible for developing and articulating comprehensive experience proposals. Ideal candidates have experience as a human-centered design practitioner, data-driven analyst, digital content creator, technology strategist, program manager, business development manager, account manager and/or customer relationship manager. 

Our Experience Partners are involved during pre-sales and lead post-sales activities. They will maintain the executive relationships with their customers and act as a main contact for the programs they own, ensuring tight alignment, offering proactive and prescriptive advice, and ultimately resulting in outstanding Customer Success.
