Job Description

The Facility Intern will assist the Facility team with routine office services and maintenance. Responsibilities include daily administrative tasks such as document management, hotline support, and office supply procurement. The intern will also be responsible for receiving visitors, assisting with internal company activities like town hall meetings and FUN team events, and supporting other daily Facility operations, including data organization and document editing.

  • Basic proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese.
Must Have:
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document management, hotline calls, and office supplies.
  • Receive visitors and provide necessary information and assistance.
  • Assist in organizing internal company activities like town hall and FUN team events.
  • Support Facility's other daily work, such as data organization and document editing.
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Responsible and conscientious, paying attention to details.
  • Good communication skills.
  • At least 3 months’ availability, 5 days per week.

The Role

Help Facility team to complete the routine office service and maintenance

Responsibilities

1. Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document management, answering hotline calls, and purchasing office supplies.

2. Responsible for receiving visitors and providing necessary information and assistance.

3. Assist in organizing internal company activities, such as Twon Hall meeting, FUN team activity.

4. Support Facility's other daily work, such as data organization and document editing.

Requirements

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program

2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.

3. Responsible and conscientious in work and pays attention to details.

4. Good communication skills. Having a basic proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese will be a plus

5. At least 3 months’ availability with 5 days/week.
