Your role:
- Assist our Field Service Engineers (FSEs) with scheduled maintenance and helping to solve technical issues when they arise.
- Make sure all your work follows Philips' quality and safety guidelines.
- Help us keep our customers satisfied by delivering high-quality service and being responsive to their needs.
- Represent Philips in a professional and positive way when working directly with customers.
You're the right fit if:
- You are currently studying in the field of Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or any related studies, ideally finishing Bachelor or during Master Degree
- You have some basic knowledge of electronics. Hands-on experience will be a great plus
- You have excellent Polish skills (both verbal and written) and good English (especially written)
- You are a detail-oriented person with good time management and organizational skills
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is a field role.
