Your daily life

Join us on the Vélizy campus, which hosts a wide variety of Thales activities: aero, defense, civil, etc. West of Paris, this site offers a work environment equipped with the latest technological innovations and provides services to reconcile professional and personal life.

This sector is responsible for developing engineering and digital practices and factories for Thales group entities. This mission aims to prepare the group for its digital transformation and improve the efficiency of engineering activities. This mission is carried out with several teams requiring a high level of synchronization and alignment, both with Thales group entities and among themselves.

In this context, your main missions will be:

• In close collaboration with the portfolio manager, update and evolve the JIRA portfolio tool with inputs from business analysts and coach teams.
• In close collaboration with the portfolio manager and the teams, set up and evolve inter-team dependency management (from upstream identification during the discovery phase to execution and delivery phases).
• Participate in the preparation of RICE (Prioritization) workshops each quarter, to ensure alignment between high-level objectives, Thales group entities, and TCE/TDF teams.
• Participate in the consolidation of team roadmaps into a single portfolio with a high level of reliability and predictability

Your profile:

From an engineering background or equivalent in information systems with experience in product management, dependency management, and coordination of several teams.
