Job Description

This role involves creating character motions for consumer game development, as well as setting up the production environment. Responsibilities include determining the style of character motion expression, specification design, and quality management, and establishing the production pipeline and workflow for character motion expression. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other professions to propose better implementation methods and problem-solving approaches, make decisions on specifications and rules, and take ownership of their work. They should also have a strong passion for game development.

Must have:

2+ years of practical experience in motion design for game production
Practical experience in hand-animated character motion using 3D graphics software (Maya, 3dsMax, etc.)
Experience in team quality management or practical experience in character motion specification design in collaboration with other job types

Good to have:

Knowledge of rigging and animation state construction

・コンシューマゲーム開発における、人物キャラクターのモーション制作および制作環境の整備
・人物モーション表現のテイスト決定/仕様設計/クオリティ管理など
・人物モーション表現の制作パイプラインおよび制作フロー整備など

必須経験・スキル

・ゲーム制作におけるモーションデザインの実務経験2年以上
※ゲームのプラットフォームは問いません
・3Dグラフィックソフト（Maya、3dsMaxなど）を使用した手付けでの人物モーション実務経験
・チームのクオリティ管理経験、もしくは他職種と連携した人物モーション仕様設計の実務経験

・リギングやアニメーションステートの構築の知識がある方
