Job Description

The HR Manager at Getfive Advisors Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions and posting openings to sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews. This role also involves assisting in HR policy development, managing HRMS, addressing employee queries, fostering positive relations, and supporting training programs to align employees with organizational values. The manager will execute outbound activities and contribute to strengthening HR processes.
Must have:
  • MBA in HR
  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Details

Getfive is a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking firm having offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising. Along with the Merchant banking arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stage companies.

Reporting \- Managing Director

Role overview:

  • Create compelling and accurate job descriptions & scorecard to attract suitable candidates
  • Draft and post job openings on various platforms, both online and offline
  • Utilize various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms, to source potential candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules and support the onboarding process
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, KRAs/KPIs/incentives of the employees and engagement initiatives
  • Manage HRMS software for employee records
  • Address employee queries, foster positive relations
  • Support culture-driven training programs to align employees with organizational values
  • Execute outbound activities and ensure timely implementation
  • Provide insights to strengthen HR processes and contribute to organizational growth

Required skill sets:

  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Qualification – MBA in HR
