We focus on a series of services, such as acquisition and disposal valuation advice including deal pricing and negotiation support, strategic value consulting for improvement of corporate and capital management decisions, financial modelling and value analysis. Responsibilities:

- Good academic track record and strong work ethic.
- An understanding of valuation, including cost of capital, DCF, and other valuation tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated attitude and able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skills set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; exposure to databases such as Bloomberg, Capitaline etc. is a plus.
- Internship experience in valuations /corporate finance space is a plus but not required.

Mandatory skill sets: Valuations / Financial Modelling
