Job Description

Join the HR Department of a Global Business Unit (13,000 people) within the Skills, Capabilities & Learning Strategy team. You will contribute to strategic projects related to skills development and the dissemination of a learning culture through a 'Data driven' approach, serving Business Performance and employee development. You will participate in the implementation of a 'Skills-Based Organization' approach, data-driven management to maximize project impact, and the development of a learning company culture.
Must Have:
  • Master 2 student in Human Resources & Digital Transformation, looking for a 6-month end-of-study internship.
  • Strong interest in data analysis and issues related to skills management, HR/Learning transformation.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Good level of English, both oral and written.
  • Recognized for curiosity, analytical mind, teamwork ability, and creativity.

In an international environment transforming towards a learning organization, you will join the Human Resources Department of a Global Business Unit of the Group (13,000 people) within the Skills, Capabilities & Learning Strategy team. You will contribute to strategic projects related to skills development and the dissemination of a learning culture through a “Data driven” approach, serving Business Performance and employee development.

Under the responsibility of the “Director Skills, Capabilities development & Learning Strategy”, you will participate internationally in:

1) The implementation of the “Skills-Based Organization” approach:

  • By contributing to consolidating & maintaining up-to-date the current mapping of skills and professions in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders
  • By participating in working groups to identify future skills & the impact of new technologies on the evolution of professions & skills
  • By participating in the S&OP / Strategic Workforce Planning project from a Skills perspective
  • By supporting HR in integrating skills into recruitment, mobility, and training processes

2) Data-driven management to maximize the impact of our projects

  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators: KPIs, Participate in the creation and updating of dashboards (advanced Excel, Power BI) to track the business impacts of Skills & Learning initiatives
  • Contribute to the improvement of monitoring tools (data quality and reliability, dashboard ergonomics, sharing of best practices)
  • Analyze datasets to identify skill gaps, business risks, and make them available to HR & Business Management to feed their action plans in line with the strategic challenges of their Business Line
  • Conduct benchmarks and research on innovative practices in HR data and HR Tech (AI, analytical tools, UX Learning)

3) The Development of a learning company culture:

  • By contributing to the development and dissemination of communication and awareness materials (guides, kits, workshops) for managers and employees
  • By participating in the animation of HR/Skills/Learning Academies communities (organization of forums, seminars, sharing of best practices)
  • By promoting new methods favoring continuous learning (learning moments)

Do you have excellent writing and communication skills?

Do you have a good level of English, both oral and written?
