In an international environment transforming towards a learning organization, you will join the Human Resources Department of a Global Business Unit of the Group (13,000 people) within the Skills, Capabilities & Learning Strategy team. You will contribute to strategic projects related to skills development and the dissemination of a learning culture through a “Data driven” approach, serving Business Performance and employee development.
Under the responsibility of the “Director Skills, Capabilities development & Learning Strategy”, you will participate internationally in:
