Job Description

We are looking for a person to join the ITOP – ERP Team and support us in daily duties related to business systems operation. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to develop in the area of ERP systems administration and support, gain project experience, and learn from more experienced colleagues. The role involves administering business systems, managing licenses, users, permissions, and configurations, ensuring system continuity and performance, and developing systems using available tools. The specialist will also provide user support, resolve issues, participate in development projects, handle Helpdesk requests, create documentation, and conduct user training.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Enova, MS Dynamics 365)
Must Have:
  • Administer business systems (manage licenses, users, permissions, configuration)
  • Ensure continuous operation and performance of systems
  • Develop systems using available tools and prepare reports
  • Provide user support (consultations, problem-solving for 1st and 2nd line)
  • Escalate and coordinate issues with suppliers
  • Participate in business system development and implementation projects
  • Handle requests in the Helpdesk system
  • Create and update IT and project documentation
  • Prepare and conduct user training
  • Perform programming or analytical tasks
  • Experience with business systems (approx. 9-12 months, including internships and apprenticeships)
  • Basic knowledge of ERP system administration (permissions, configuration)
  • Ability to provide user support (1st and 2nd line)
  • Knowledge of handling requests in Jira system
  • Basic analytical and technical skills (reports, integrations, documentation)
  • English language proficiency at min. B1/B2 level (reading documentation, contact with suppliers)

Responsibilities

  • Business systems administration (as an additional administrator): managing licenses, users, permissions and configuration, ensuring continuous operation and system performance, developing systems using available tools, preparing reports and statements.
  • User support: consultations and assistance in daily work with systems, problem solving (1st and 2nd line support), escalation of requests to suppliers and coordination of service.
  • Participation in development and implementation projects of business systems.
  • Handling requests in the Helpdesk system.
  • Creating and updating IT documentation and project documentation.
  • Preparing and conducting user training.
  • Performing programming or analytical tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience with business systems (approx. 9–12 months; including internships and apprenticeships).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Enova, MS Dynamics 365) is welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP system administration (permissions, configuration).
  • Ability to provide user support (1st and 2nd line).
  • Knowledge of handling requests in Jira system.
  • Basic analytical and technical skills (reports, integrations, documentation).
  • English language proficiency at min. B1/B2 level (reading documentation, contact with suppliers).

  • Office-First: work mainly in the Warsaw studio, 5 days a week.
