Job Description
We are looking for a person to join the ITOP – ERP Team and support us in daily duties related to business systems operation. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to develop in the area of ERP systems administration and support, gain project experience, and learn from more experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Business systems administration (as an additional administrator): managing licenses, users, permissions and configuration, ensuring continuous operation and system performance, developing systems using available tools, preparing reports and statements.
- User support: consultations and assistance in daily work with systems, problem solving (1st and 2nd line support), escalation of requests to suppliers and coordination of service.
- Participation in development and implementation projects of business systems.
- Handling requests in the Helpdesk system.
- Creating and updating IT documentation and project documentation.
- Preparing and conducting user training.
- Performing programming or analytical tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience with business systems (approx. 9–12 months; including internships and apprenticeships).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Enova, MS Dynamics 365) is welcome.
- Basic knowledge of ERP system administration (permissions, configuration).
- Ability to provide user support (1st and 2nd line).
- Knowledge of handling requests in Jira system.
- Basic analytical and technical skills (reports, integrations, documentation).
- English language proficiency at min. B1/B2 level (reading documentation, contact with suppliers).

Work mode
- Office-First: work mainly in the Warsaw studio, 5 days a week.
