    We are looking for a Junior Financial Planning Analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis team, based in Bucharest. In this role, your main mission will be to work on the functional administration of financial instruments (data checks, trend testing) and to provide support to the Group's subsidiaries in terms of current and forecast reporting processes.

    Reporting to the Financial Planning Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced international environment and you will gain invaluable knowledge and expertise along the way.

    Your main mission 

    • Provide support to group subsidiaries in current reporting processes (prepare reporting requests, communicate guidelines, provide assistance on tools, verify submitted data and provide feedback;
    • Functionally administrate the Group's financial applications (perform tests on instrument developments and corrections, run specific procedures, input/import data into the reporting systems, check and identify anomalies, track corrections and contribute to the improvement of the Group's instruments in the long term);
    • Review and update internal documentation and procedures for the current reporting process;
    • Prepare recurring analysis reports in the monthly reporting process to support decision making and participate in the interpretation of results.

    Qualifications

    The professional value you bring:

    • Good understanding of accounting and finance processes;
    • Previous experience in financial domain is very appreciated;
    • Experience in financial tools evolutions would be a plus (ex: Oracle Essbase and HFM);
    • Computer literate with good Excel skills;
    • Very good analytical skills and attention to detail
    • English - Advanced level allowing fluent written and oral communication, making presentations and documentations;
