The Key Account Manager – Traditional Channel is responsible for implementing strategic commercial and trade plans with assigned clients, aiming to maximize the availability, visibility, distribution, and rotation of Haleon brands. This role directly contributes to achieving sales, market share, and profitability objectives through collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented management.
Must Have:
  • Develop commercial plans (CBP) aligned with company growth strategies, with quarterly reviews for key clients.
  • Negotiate and positively influence clients to achieve sales, distribution, and market share goals.
  • Ensure impeccable execution of plans defined by Sales and Trade areas.
  • Monitor client inventories and rotation, proposing actions to optimize the business.
  • Execute field visits to stores, drugstores, and wholesalers to accelerate brand visibility and distribution.
  • Lead periodic meetings with the sales force to launch and monitor monthly objectives.
