Job Description
  • 신규 사용자 확보, 유지, 변경된 사용자 재확보 등의 퍼블리싱 목표를 달성하는 마케팅 캠페인 (온&오프라인)을 기획 및 실행
  • 다양한 고객을 대상으로 하는 맞춤형 마케팅 계획 수립
  • 마케팅 도구를 활용하여 마케팅 캠페인의 범위와 영향 극대화
  • 주요 성과 지표를 측정하기 위한 시판 후 보고서 작성
  • 아웃소싱 기관/벤더를 평가 및 관리하고 아이디어를 내고 간략하게 설명하며 마케팅 계획에 대한 방향성 제시
  • 고용 형태: 정규직, 오피스 근무
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online + offline) that fulfill publishing objectives such as new user acquisition, user retention and churned user re-acquisition.
  • Generate tailored marketing plans that address different target audiences. 
  • Leverage marketing tools to maximize the reach and impact of our marketing campaigns. Generate post-marketing reports for measuring key performance indicators. Evaluate and manage outsourcing agencies/vendors; ideation, brief, and give directions on our marketing plan.

Job Requirements
  • 모바일게임 마케팅 경력 8년 이상
  • 대규모 마케팅 예산(500만 달러이상) 실행 경험 있으신 분
  • 국내 RPG 런칭 및 서스테이닝 마케팅 경험 있으신 분
  • 게임 시장의 최신 트렌드를 파악하고 통찰력 있게 경쟁사 분석 가능하신 분
  • CCG, MMORPG 장르 마케팅 경험 있으신 분 우대
  • 비즈니스급 영어 가능하신 분 우대
  • At least (8+) years of experiences in mobile game marketing
  • Experience in large-scale marketing execution above USD 5 million
  • Having experience in collective RPG launch and operations in Korea
  • Stay current with the latest trends in the gaming marketplace and be able to perform insightful competitor analysis.
  • Prefer English communication skills at business level or higher
  • Prefer having experience of marking the CCG, MMORPG genre
