We're looking for a creative genius who can transform complex concepts into intuitive, beautiful, and engaging user experiences. You'll lead a small but great team of designers, collaborating closely with product owners and developers to create cutting-edge interfaces that captivate and delight our global audience. Location: Our office is in London. The role can mainly be remote (UK based) but there will occasionally be a requirement to be in the office. 

Salary: Flexible, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop high-quality designs from wireframes to interactive prototypes. Design engaging game assets and interfaces with high usability and satisfaction within our brand guidelines.

• Look at our competitors and analyse what works while considering how to improve to create a better user experience.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless handoff and a cohesive user experience.

• Oversee the UX/UI design team by leading projects, assisting in final design decisions and maintaining excellent time management.

• Support team members by sharing knowledge and encouraging growth.

• Clearly explain your design choices and solutions during internal and client-facing reviews.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Strong UI design experience, with proven experience in a Lead or Senior UI/UX design role

• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe CC Suite, etc.)

• Knowledge of user-centred design principles and UX/UI best practice

• Experience in Animation is beneficial

• Knowledge of slot games or social casinos is beneficial
