Job Description

Sulake is seeking a LiveOps Manager to oversee in-game events, seasonal content, and ongoing engagement strategies for their flagship games, Habbo Hotel and Hotel Hideaway. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing live events, managing the in-game content calendar, and leading the LiveOps team. The manager will analyze player behavior and event performance to improve engagement, retention, and monetization, collaborating with design, product, and community teams to align LiveOps with the game vision and player needs.

  • Manage and maintain the in-game content calendar to keep experiences fresh and rewarding.
  • Manage the LiveOps team and its priorities.
  • Analyze player behavior and event performance, using insights to improve engagement and monetization.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and community teams to align LiveOps with the game vision and player needs.
  • Identify opportunities for new features, rewards, and optimizations based on player data and feedback.
  • Ensure smooth rollout of live content and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Hotel Hideaway is a fast-growing social online role-playing game for young adults, combining expressive customization with vibrant live events. Together, these products form the heart of Sulake, which is part of Azerion, a Dutch-based international gaming company in media and entertainment. Depending on experience and fit, you may focus on Habbo Hotel, Hotel Hideaway, or contribute across both. In this role, you’ll take ownership of in-game events, seasonal content, and ongoing engagement strategies, ensuring our players always have something fresh and exciting to look forward to. You’ll work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to maximize engagement, retention, and monetization.
