Job Description

The Logistics Specialist will join the IET (Import Export Transport) team at the Fleury Les Aubrais site, near Orléans, which supports weapon systems and radars. Responsibilities include controlling and performing administrative operations for shipments (France & Export), packaging materials, tracking shipments until delivery, ordering transport, managing disputes, and ensuring compliance with rules (ESD, Safety, Quality, Lean). The role also involves participating in improving shipping flows through problem-solving initiatives.
Must have:
  • Perform all necessary controls and administrative operations related to shipments.
  • Edit accompanying documents (invoicing, release documents for new equipment).
  • Carry out all packaging and packing operations for materials.
  • Ensure tracking of lines from in-progress to proof of delivery.
  • Place transport orders with carriers and manage disputes.
  • Comply with all rules related to the profession and products (ESD, Safety, Quality, Lean).
  • Participate in improving shipping flows through problem-solving.
  • Bac+2 level training in Logistics.
  • First successful experience in logistics, ideally industrial.
  • Skills in International transport and Customs.
  • Proficiency in office tools and SAP.

Your daily life

Located near Orléans, the site is a reference in the support of weapon systems and radars worldwide. It hosts engineering, development, and integration activities for air defense systems.

Within the Industry and Supply Chain Competence Center, you will join the IET (Import Export Transport) team responsible for the execution and management of shipping requests (France & Export) at the Fleury Les Aubrais site. In this context, your missions are as follows:

  • You carry out all necessary controls, administrative operations related to shipments, and issue accompanying documents (invoicing and release documents for new equipment delivered under the sale of spare parts);
  • You perform all packaging and packing operations for materials for shipment;
  • You ensure the tracking of lines from in-progress until obtaining proof of delivery to the customer;
  • You place transport orders with various carriers, as well as follow up and handle disputes;
  • You ensure compliance with all rules relating to the profession and products (ESD, Safety, Quality, Lean, etc.);
  • You participate in improving shipping flows through problem-solving (Kaizen, Quality Clinic, Suggestions...).

Your profile

You have a Bac+2 level education specialized in Logistics and have a first successful experience in this field, ideally acquired in an industrial context.

You have developed skills in International transport and Customs.

You are recognized for your rigor.

You are autonomous in the tasks entrusted to you and also know how to work in a team and demonstrate adaptability.

You are proficient in office tools and SAP.
